Individuals can choose to have 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions from the comforts of their home or in-person!
Individual sessions are offered Monday - Friday both virtually and in-person, as well as Saturdays and Sundays virtually only.

Therapy sessions for couples are 60-minutes. Sessions can be done in-person or virtually. Couple sessions include: communication skill development, conflict resolution, parent skills management (if applicable), conflict processing, and anything else that the couple wishes to address!
Couples Therapy sessions are 60 minutes.
Intensive Couples Therapy is provided upon request. Intensive Couples Therapy is 2-6 hours of couples therapy that focuses on breaking down the relationship and rebuilding it. Communication skills and boundaries skills are embedded in the intensive sessions. Couples leave Intensive Couples Therapy feel clear-minded and accomplished of the work that was done.

Co-parenting sessions can be both court-mandated or agreed upon by both parties without a court-order.
Co-parenting sessions are 60-minutes and include: reviewing court-order/parenting agreements and decrees, communication skills, conflict resolution, parent management skills and more!
60-minute session: $200 per session
*Payments are split in half between both parties unless otherwise stated by court-order. Co-parenting sessions are offered in either 12 sessions or 20 sessions unless otherwise stated by court-order.

Parent-Focused Family Therapy (PFFT) is best for FIRST TIME PARENTS and parents who need support with their children’s behaviors. PFFT provides support for parents in managing child behaviors by focusing on problem-solving, strategy development, family conflict resolution, and developmental education to better understand and respond to child behavior. This is an intense short-term type of therapy (6-8 months) that shows significant progress when practiced consistently and thoroughly.
Dominika has an extensive background in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis. PFFT is provided for families who have specific needs. A 60-minute in-person session (children included) is required to begin the process.

DMZ Therapy accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and EAPs. Super-bills can be provided for Out-of-Network insurance reimbursement upon request.
